We want to make sure that every core action (scheduling, re-scheduling, accepting invitations) is lightning fast in Hera and always easier to do in Hera versus Google Calendar.

In practice, it means:

• Revamping the drag & drop experience to make it 1. faster and 2. more predictable
• It should be easy, and fast, to see the free/busy times of your colleagues
• When creating a calendar event, you should have comprehensive suggestions of attendees
• Creation should be instant, moving an event to another time should be instant, viewing your week of events should be instant.

Depending on our efficiency to tackle this scope, and the surprises along way, we want to wrap-up the month with:

• Shipping a fully-fledged command palette
• Enabling users to connect several Google accounts to Hera
• Help new users find their way in Hera with an onboarding checklist
