🚨The future we are betting on and that we want to build:

10 years from now,

Most companies will go distributed, and hire globally. Employees will gain flexibility. Some of them will even have multiple part-time jobs. More than anything, employees will have more control on their time.

The boundary between work and personal life will blur and the traditional 9 to 5 workday will shatter into a highly tailored schedule.

This global market will force companies to have well designed and differentiated culture to be able to attract & retain the best talents.

To keep a high velocity, companies will use rituals — deeply embedded in the products used by employees. Employees will regularly share, maybe automatically, updates on what they are up to and what their current priorities are.

The company knowledge will be available to everyone in the company, at any time. The tools used every day at work will be tightly interconnected together to avoid jumping around to get the work done.

People will truly care about their digital identity (achievements, involvements etc) and it will massively replace the traditional CV / LinkedIn.

Some things will break:

New use cases will emerge:

  1. Having control of your calendar, where you spend your time and who can book time in it.
  2. Having immersive meeting experiences
  3. Sharing knowledge to and from different tools through integrations
  4. Asking questions & communicating through asynchronous channels (vocal notes, ...)
  5. Getting automatic suggestions on how to organize your time across all your activities
  6. Sending lightweight status updates (vocal notes, ...)
  7. Crafting a digital identity that truly reflects who you are
